Dr. Susan Cauley provides Telehealth services for the entire state of Hawaii for new and renew medical cannabis (medical marijuana) 329 patients.
We will send you a HIPPA compliant and encrypted video link for your appointment with Dr. SusanCauley, MD.
- Please contact us via the online form.
- Once we write you back then we will email you an invitation to create a secure, encrypted, online account with our clinic. We can offer you guidance if you need it.
Once you have your online account going, you will electronically sign all of the Intake Forms.
When the Intake Forms are done, all we need to do is schedule appointments.
How we communicate with Third Parties about you, to certify your medicinal cannabis status
We can do a one-year certificate for anyone who qualifies and is approved by Dr. Cauley. We can renew for two years if you saw Dr. Cauley last time, within four years of your visit now, even if you saw another doctor in the meantime.
Payment is made by venmo (no processing fee) or credit card (3% processing fee).
