Our Hilo office is headquarters for the Doctor420Hawaii administrative team.

We hold clinics here twice per month for new and renewing patients to obtain their medical marijuana & cannabis 329 card certifications.

New patients for Hawaii (even if patient had a card in another state): $130;
Renewal from us or any other Hawaii provider other than us within the past 3 years, $110;

Additional Services: We do the application for you: $77, which includes the state fee $38.50 and our processing fee $33.50

If you see the doctor by telehealth then there is a $20 convenience fee

If a patient sees us and does not register with the state within 6 months and then wants to do register finally the patient must come see the doctor and pay full price again

From another provider (show us your old card to get this price, only valid for prior Hawaii registry patients) and if you saw Susan Cauley, MD last year.

Renewing patients might qualify for telehealth sessions, please ask for details

$110 for one year or $220 for two years, as applicable.

For Full service on the above prices (we do all the online work for you), please add $38.50 per year (state fee) and $33.50 processing fee to the above prices (plus $20 convenience fee for telehealth sessions). For this fee we pay the State Dept. of Health fee for you, and collect excise tax and service fee.

1-year renewal full-service price is $182

2-year full service price is $330
