We have proudly provided medical cannabis 329 card certifications for qualifying patients in the state of Hawai’i since 2003. Our team has assisted many thousands of patients to lawfully possess marijuana and cannabis products for medical use. Our main office is located in Hilo on the Big Island, and we Molokai once every two to three months. We no longer serve Kauai, Oahu or Maui.

Matthew Brittain, LCSW – Care Coordinator

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Matthew offers medical cannabis patients counseling to reduce the anxiety, social stigma, legal consequences, and interpersonal complications that patients often experience with this alternative medication. As a Forensic specialist in the cannabis field, Matthew has been called upon on a number of occasions to provide expert witness service for court-involved patients. Matthew has been an activist and advocate for medicinal Cannabis since the late 90s. He is proud to be a part of the Doctor420Hawaii team as Care Coordinator, ensuring that all patients get the care they deserve and safe access to legal medicinal Cannabis. Matthew Brittain, LCSW, also provides Telehealth services for mental health conditions, and accepts most medical insurances.
