The Hawaii Department of Health recognizes conditions such as cancer, glaucoma, epilepsy, multiple sclerosis, lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, PTSD, HIV/AIDS, and chronic or debilitating illnesses that cause severe pain, nausea, muscle spasms, or seizures.
How do I apply for a medical cannabis card in Hawaii?
Contact our Hilo office to check eligibility and book an appointment. After approval from our Medical Cannabis Doctor, you’ll submit an online application to the Hawaii Department of Health. We’re happy to assist you every step of the way.
Can I use my out-of-state ID to apply?
Yes, if you provide both a local physical and mailing address in Hawaii.
What is the renewal process for the 329 card?
The 329 card requires annual renewal. This includes a medical assessment by our Hawaii Medical Marijuana Doctor and a renewal application with the Department of Health. Contact us to schedule your renewal.
