We believe in transparent, upfront pricing for all our services. Whether you’re a new patient or renewing your registration, in-person or via telehealth, the costs below outline exactly what you’ll pay—no hidden fees.

New and Renew:

(Renew from any prior doctor): $105

Additional year is $105 (for a two-year renewal) only if you saw Dr.Cauley last time or within 4 years. Total 2-year clinical fee: $210

Telehealth patients pay an additional $20 as a Telehealth Convenience Fee

If you want us to do all the forms for you then the cost is an additional $16.50 and we also collect the State fee $38.50 (total $55)
